Elder Jesse Plumb - Washington Seattle Mission 10/2021 - 10/2023

  Yikes sorry folks. So my last two emails didn't end up sending and I found out today. So I'll give a three week update real quick here. Two weeks ago or so Elder Narayan and I taught our friend Luis and it went super well and we had been coming by very consistently. I immediately told my companion we're getting him on date for baptism in the next lesson. And... we didn't but he came to church last week and we still meet every Sunday night with him. He's an absolute great kid, but he's also 20 so he's technically not a kid. I'm super high on him though we love talking to him and he's progress so much in the last 5 or 6 weeks I've been teaching him. Transfers happened two weeks ago and I got my third Polynesian companion. His name is Elder Char and he's pretty cool. He's from Hawaii like my first companion Elder Duvauchelle. He's a great Elder and works hard so we're seeing good things. Our inspiring mission president roled out an

  Hello everybody! It's been a good week. We were able to get in contact with multiple friends who we haven't been able to get in contact with for awhile. They all went really well and like I said this areas still promising. We're starting a new team system for members in our ward that should absolutely blow up. It's a great idea and I can't wait to see how it goes. The members are going to be involved so much more now. We also had our friend Luis come to church, which I believe I talked about last week. If you've been out here and know me you know I'm high on Luis. Such a great dude. The people here like always are super fun to talk to. This one guy we talked to had the exact replica of Kiit from knight rider. Which I've never seen but I know what it is and it was used at some event before the movie was released and has David hasslehoffs signature along all the cast and stunt teams signatures.   Hello everyone, twas a pretty average week but we also had transfers. My companion Elder Narayan is getting shipped to his original assignment in India, so I'm got a new companion his name is Elder Char. He's my third straight Polynesian companion. It's poly love out here, they can't stay away from me. I'm excited for this transfer Elder Char seems great and I've heard he's a great worker which is all we need in this area right now. It's gonna be a successful transfer no doubt, and I'm glad to still be in the Enumclaw zone and in this ward.  This place is beautiful. We've got a new progressing friend named Luis, who's 20 and is great. It's looking good with him and I'm planning on setting him on date for baptism next Sunday when we meet with him again.
