Sorry About That

 Sorry everyone it's been about 6 weeks since I've written an email I believe, that's on me. A transfer has passed since then and I'm still with Elder Bell in Sammamish Valley, Bear Creek Ward, but we got a new elder that were training together. His name is Elder Bentley-Dyches. He's awesome and is actually assigned to Madagascar but will be here until he gets his visa. It was already super fun just Elder Bell and I and now it's even better with Elder Bentley. Elder Bell and I started a little missionary sports center for our Zone of missionaries to get everyone more hyped and motivated for missionary work. It's called the We The North Network. It's definitely been working and it's a blast doing it. Our teaching pool has been great as well, we've been teaching a member in our congregation's friend, Jackie and her son Alex who are absolutely amazing. And we have a friend who's committed to a date to be baptized February 4th, her name is Tanya. She's awesome and wants her kids to be baptized as well, but realizes she needs to work on herself first and build her relationship with God. The work has been great in Sammamish Valley and it's a great time to be a missionary. I gain a testimony each day of the divine inspiration involved in this work. It's interesting to be exposed to the many theories of religion out here. I really enjoy pondering and praying about their beliefs and theories. I'm grateful for the many confirmed whisperings of the Holy Ghost testifying to me that God is the loving Father of our spirits. This has opened up my ability to see so much beauty in a world that can be seen so wickedly. I trust that God loves me and has a divine plan for me to be the best version of myself. I trust in Him to compensate for all the actions and desires we have here in this life and am grateful for Him sending His son, Jesus Christ to atone for our incorrect actions. I trust in good things to come from a loving Father in Heaven. God bless and God bless America 🇺🇲. Love y'all. Devil Horns Down.

  Howdy howdy everyone. Its been a crazy couple weeks here in Auburn. This last week alone we had 4 people commit to a baptismal date. We've been receiving miracle after miracle from the Lord. And this is most healthy I've been in my life. I've eaten more salad these last 3 weeks alone than I have in my life. And I've been going 3 months strong on a soda fast and just started up a fast food fast. Yes, I know the old Elder Plumb is gone but never forgotten. Anyways with one our friends were teaching named Anthony, has truly, truly changed through Jesus Christ. I have literally seen him in the very lows of the life to no longer heeding ungodliness. Mama... There Goes That Man

  What's going on everyone? Hope y'all been doing well. This was probably one of my favorite weeks of the mission so far. Just filled with miracle after miracle from the hands of the Lord. Our friend Alan was baptized this week and his family will soon follow as well. We also have so many new people just from this week who were planning to help grow their faith and be baptized as well. We've recently started exercising more faith in getting members involved in missionary work and it's been great to see. It's amazing to see the power that faith can work. Two Sundays ago I had the privilege to give a talk in church about faith and shared this quote from President Eldon Tanner  "In addition to a belief in the existence of God, we must know something of his character and attributes or our faith will be imperfect and unfruitful. I'm Merely the Dark

  Hey yall! It's some good times here in Auburn. Apparently we had the worst air quality in the world at one point this past week because of the smoke from the fires up here. But thankfully it's been raining, but that means the 9 months of no sun is back. This week was also the start of a new transfer and I got a new elder to train again. Elder Thompson got put in Spanish work and my new elder is Elder Butler. Its been a fun first week with him and I'm glad to be staying in the Mill Pond Ward as well. This week, our friend Cormac is planning to get baptized, which is super exciting. Our whole zone has been absolutely popping off right now as well and there's been tons of hype for the work. The Lord's work is moving forward and ain't gonna lie there's been some neat persecution these last couple weeks.
