Mama that;s a baaaaad man

 How's it going everyone? Hope yall been good. This week was kinda crazy. My new companion started his first week as a greenie in the field and we got some good things done. His names Elder Hurley and he's from Idaho. We got our friend Cornell to commit to baptism this week and he's preparing to be baptized July 30th and maybe sooner. We pushed it out a little because he speaks good english but swahili is his native language, so to help him out the best were gonna have other missionaries who speak swahili help us teach him more over zoom. Our friend Alan is still solid to be baptized July 2nd as well and everything's been rolling Tide out here in star Lake. Everything's been going great so far and we've seen many great fruits from our labors and miracles happen because of our faith. It's amazing to see the work taking place with 18-22 year Olds helping others feel the joy and peace from the Gospel. Us missionaries are the weak and the simple chosen by God to do this work and without him on our side we couldn't accomplish anywhere near what we do. The Lord chooses the humble and produces great miracles through their faith. I'm grateful to be apart of his work and to be a tool in his hands. I know without a doubt this is God's work to gather his children here on Earth. I love yall so much. Keep up the grind it's gametime. Horns Down.

  Howdy howdy everyone. Its been a crazy couple weeks here in Auburn. This last week alone we had 4 people commit to a baptismal date. We've been receiving miracle after miracle from the Lord. And this is most healthy I've been in my life. I've eaten more salad these last 3 weeks alone than I have in my life. And I've been going 3 months strong on a soda fast and just started up a fast food fast. Yes, I know the old Elder Plumb is gone but never forgotten. Anyways with one our friends were teaching named Anthony, has truly, truly changed through Jesus Christ. I have literally seen him in the very lows of the life to no longer heeding ungodliness.   What's going on everyone? Hope y'all been doing well. This was probably one of my favorite weeks of the mission so far. Just filled with miracle after miracle from the hands of the Lord. Our friend Alan was baptized this week and his family will soon follow as well. We also have so many new people just from this week who were planning to help grow their faith and be baptized as well. We've recently started exercising more faith in getting members involved in missionary work and it's been great to see. It's amazing to see the power that faith can work. Two Sundays ago I had the privilege to give a talk in church about faith and shared this quote from President Eldon Tanner  "In addition to a belief in the existence of God, we must know something of his character and attributes or our faith will be imperfect and unfruitful. Oh...My...Goodness!

 Sorry everyone I realize I haven't sent an email in like 3 weeks. And a lot has changed. I got the good ol 6 weeks and out in Kent and am now in Auburn, in the Mill Pond Ward and am training again. I had a great time in Kent in the Pine Tree ward with Elder Wilson but sadly the dynasty has come to an end. Which is unfortunate because we just swiped our teaching pool and had like 3  people who were now ready to be baptized so I won't be able to see them make their first covenant with God but I'm glad I was able to help them with it. But I've been in Auburn for 2 weeks and just wow. This place is amazing. Elder Thompson is my new greenies name and he's got some fire to his 6'5" frame. He's very ready for missionary work. We're opening this ward together because it was being double covered the last 12 weeks by Elders who also covered a Spanish area. So they said they put a lot more focus on their Spanish work.
