Power from Heaven

What's cooking my good lookings? This week went well and the dirty work has brought results. There's so much potential in Victor Falls right now and I can feel it. I'm excited for the future here and am confident there's something big around the corner. Many new friends and lessons this past week. Everything went pretty smoothly. Don't really have much else to talk about like always and I like keeping these short because let's be honest yall wouldn't read it all if it was longer. Got nothing else so I'll share a cool quote from Elder Bednar. "As you and I come to understand and employ the enabling power of the atonement in our personal lives, we will pray and seek for strength to change our circumstances rather than praying for our circumstances to be changed" -Elder Bednar (In the Strength of the Lord)

Its easier to understand how to use the redeeming power of the atonement of Christ than it is to use the enabling power of the atonement in our own lives. First we should remember Christ suffered everything we've ever gone through and will go through and remember our temptations, sufferings, and afflictions can help our personal growth. Which helps us instead of praying for trials to be gone and cleared, we ask God for strength and patience to bear our trials and afflictions. We need to truly desire Christ's power to receive strength in trials. Praying for strength and striving to be like him will help us better use his healing power in our lives. I love yall. Keep your grind and push for success. Jesus Christ loves you, so build your faith in him and God. Have faith in yourself. Horns down? Heck yes.
