Can't Win 'Em All

 Hello everyone! Also sorry I forgot to write my email last week but we got a friend, Charles, and his fiance to church which makes it my first ever friend to church! It was hype and a very good service too. We call him Chuck Nasty(for all my Rockies fans out there), and he said he wants to convert but its hard for him to commit right now. The whole situations a mess honestly and he's got legal issues were waiting on so just pray for him yall. This week though was a tough week for our companionship and our zone. It's the last week of the transfer though and we're all pushing forward with faith. I still feel tons of potential in the Victor Falls ward and I'm very excited and hoping to stay another transfer here. We had our mission president at our church this Sunday and Elder Narayan and I were giving a lesson to the ward on member missionary work, so it was perfect having him there to help. President and Sister Beardall, let me tell you, are some of the greatest people to walk the earth. Our mission kind of hit a dry spell recently and President Beardall passed on something for our Zone Leaders to help get us going. They said anytime we feel distressed, no matter what we think it is, we should just repent and immediately that feeling goes away. We tried it at zlc (when all the leaders in the zone meet) and prayed together and repented together, which I'm not gonna lie seemed a little weird at first, but the feeling after that prayer was awesome. It was very powerful and we all walked away feeling it. Stay tuned for future news because I am very confident in this ward. Love yall here. Keep that grind, the rewards coming. Jesus Loves you.   Hello everybody! It's been a good week. We were able to get in contact with multiple friends who we haven't been able to get in contact with for awhile. They all went really well and like I said this areas still promising. We're starting a new team system for members in our ward that should absolutely blow up. It's a great idea and I can't wait to see how it goes. The members are going to be involved so much more now. We also had our friend Luis come to church, which I believe I talked about last week. If you've been out here and know me you know I'm high on Luis. Such a great dude. The people here like always are super fun to talk to. This one guy we talked to had the exact replica of Kiit from knight rider. Which I've never seen but I know what it is and it was used at some event before the movie was released and has David hasslehoffs signature along all the cast and stunt teams signatures. Mariners and Coaching time

 I guess it's been a couple weeks that's my bad! There's a lot to catch up on. I'm back with my old companion from Colorado, Elder Votava. YSA or the young single adult congregation has been different but super fun still! We helped our friend Cadence make a covenant with God and be baptized! That was awesome and shes super chill and even with a crazy living situation decided to be baptized, because she said she knew it was true and couldn't deny it. We're planning to go to the temple with her this week! So it's been good, you get to meet some super awesome people in the ward. We've been grinding it out. It's nice being in Kent and the weather being warm. We just contact people for days, and it's a ton of fun. You get to meet some great people and make a lot of friends. It's great just talking to people about their lives and hobbies and transitioning that to Jesus Christ and being able to bear testimony of Him as our Savior. Our mission presid...

Crunch Time

  How's it going? Twas a good week. There's two more weeks left in this transfer and I'll most likely be transferred out sadly. It's crunch time here in Victor Falls ward.  Struggled to get in contact with a lot of people but we did have one of our friends the new Luis come to church with us. He really enjoyed the Easter program and said he would love to come next week and in the future. It was a great Easter weekend. Easter is a great holiday to remember our savior and Redeemer Jesus christ. He overcame death through the resurrection and His sacrifice allows us to return to live with our Father in Heaven again someday. Every single person will too be resurrected again and have their bodies perfected. How beautiful this message is and also being able live together with our families further than the good ol til death do us part.
